Looking very nice and clean. I always take the met offices word over the BBC, but looks like they messed up yesterday. One thing I would say, in the reflective pic over the rear wheel arch you look about 3 foot tall, 2 foot of that is your body!

I love skiing and snowboarding so I would buy houses in a few resorts all over the world. Then for the summer (when not going to a glacier) I'd buy a house in Hawaii and surf. On the UK front I'd buy somewhere nice in the country with space and loads of garages for the cars. Would keep the Zed and mod it up. I think its safe to say that reading the above back to myself, £66 million wouldn't change me.....

Hello and Both cars look One question Steve, are the alloys on your VXR the standard ones for a VXR or upgraded ones? My brother has a sporthatch with the supposed VXR alloys on and they look nothing like his. Thinking he may have told me a porkie!

Thats a quality find, just confirms my worst nightmares though! Imagine trying to be taken seriously with those on!

I couldn't imagine what those flowery wallpaper styles would look like around the rim of an alloy, but I'm going to guess WRONG!

Quality comeback!

I started off very slowly and bought thebasics, set me back about £100. Still going strong but can't stop eyeing up a rotary polisher. If I end up getting one, its all going downhill very quickly after that! Pics look great and as mentioned, the more you do it the faster and more efficient you get!

Not to my taste shall we say I can't see how making the car 3 foot longer is a good thing! I remember seeing a horrific cream kit on an american Zed, it has 'feelers' on the front bumper so you didn't kerb the car, and looked like it was attached by wood screws! Now THAT was the worse kit I've ever seen.

My mates got a Cooper S, picked it up last week so I will keep an eye on him when we next go out. They all look the same which is what can catch some people out.

Looking at everyones sigs I've just realised I'm probably going to be the only one there with a standard spec car. Not even a set of RAYS grace my Zed. Will I still be made welcome?

That Engrish website is brilliant, I've seen quite a few of the pictures circulated around work in emails. We have a boring chippy, run by English people. I feel like I'm missing out

I feel exactly the same Stew. It seems unless you have exceptional talent and get through on your own merit, then a sob story will work. I don't like the way they put kids through for singing just because they are cute. Undermines any credability the show had to start with. X-Factor is the same. Rant over

About today at 16.10. I had pulled in to make a U-turn and you came speeding past me, overtaking two cars on the way. I waved but I think you must have been concentrating on the road and corner coming up I was in a silver coupe.

As said before, I feel the lines of the roadster are not as nice as the coupe, but thats just personal preference. I'm sure I've read somewhere before that the UK is the wettest country in the EU but we buy the most convertibles. Doesn't make sense really!

The first thing I thought of when I saw this on the new tonight was you guls who work offshore on this forum. Quite wierd considering I haven't met anyone off here yet! Very sad news though, I can't imagine what it must be like to lose someone close to you like this.
