  1. We should have put Bramble in a T shirt too and posed them together!
  2. Where is Nismo in his T Shirt?
  3. Always liked the Vantage.
  4. The main drive in the past has been 350 miles. So a full tank. There might be a drive on the Saturday too but it's the Sunday one that's the 'biggie' I understand (the same as everyone else) that the cost of meets are rising with the cost of fuel so it really is a big commitment to attend when you have big miles to do. If you do attend it'll be worth it and if you can't well, enjoy the pictures! Graham, I've added you to the list.
  5. Wrong number of studs on the wheels though for zed wheels to fit!
  6. Might be an idea for those willing to share a chalet to post up to see if anyone else will split the costs etc. There will be more details filtering thorough as I make them up! so keep an eye out. No harm in registering your interest on this thread, it's the first post list that is the confirmed list so that's the one that matters!
  7. I've seen him on tv plenty of times already Rapidly finding a pic........... I ve apologised so many times No need to apologise. I personally think you are a hero.
  8. The Jockland Hoon is back in 2011 by popular demand! The 'big' drive will be taking place on Sunday 4th September 2011. The route might be changing slightly but it will still be amazing, I can guarantee that! As with previous events we will be basing ourselves in Fort Augustus which is at the South West tip of Loch Ness. This has been a great base for us in the past with a few pubs and places to eat. As usual there are plenty of B&Bs and also the Fort Augustus Chalet Park for accommodation. There are campsites however they are not for the faint hearted as the weather is very unpredictable in the West Highlands of Scotland. Right now we are looking for a list of names of those that are SERIOUSLY interested in attending. The spaces will be limited due to the roads used in the drive. Pre payment of the lunch on the drive out will be sought nearer the time. I recommend that you book accommodation sooner rather than later to avoid disappointment. If you are definitely attending please send your 'real' name, passenger name, car type and colour and mobile phone number to me (Stew) via PM as soon as possible, if you share where you are staying too it might help me later on! This is purely so I can keep track of attendees and we can all know who people are and so '+1s' can actually have a name! This is a meet with a brilliant social side and serious driving roads with some of the best scenery in the UK. Here are some threads to have a look through to see if the meet is for you - viewtopic.php?f=19&t=27572 I'll add the names to the list in this post as confirmations (details via PM) come in. 1. Stew - Stew and Jayne 2. Ebized - Colin and June 3. AK350Z - Andy and Fran 4. Jay - Jay and Laura 5. glrnet - Graham and Joy 6. Lexx - Al and Helen 7. Ken - Ken 8. DarrenB - Darren and Steph 9. DawnC - Kenny and Dawn 10. Vik54 - Vicky and Gary 11. Will350Z - Will and TBC 12. Chesterfield - Chris and Tracy 13. Gtype - Ricky and Karen

    Life after Zed

You're a hard bugger to please. A megane 225 5 door or a Focus ST 5 door then. 3 doors might look marginally better but they are in no way child friendly!
  10. I've seen him on tv plenty of times already Rapidly finding a pic........... That's just the movies you watch Dave. Member 0000000001 of the Ron Jeremy Fan Club.
  11. I must have missed that! Pics please!!!!!
  12. Excuse the spelling.... I'm replying to this on my phone while doing 90 sideways. Damn kids are everywhere, must be something on at the school I'm passing.
  13. i thought the spade a spade comment was now obsolete and possible offensive I marched up to my snow shovel and called it a snow shovel. I'm hard as nails!
  14. Still offends me deeply.
  15. I called a plank a plank once. It didn't answer.
  16. If the car is protected then either a quick foam and rinse or just a rinse with a hose and it'll look spot on again. We live in the UK and it rains a lot. Nothing to worry about!
  17. Very popular on SXOC I believe. Worth a couple of hundred quid if the tyres are legal.
  18. Well I had a seat in one in the dealership when it was first released in the UK and I must say it is possibly the most practical car I have ever seen! The looks are very marmite. I quite like them in a quirky way, in the same way big citroens look amazing. Perfet for the family Stan, looking forward to seeing it - especially with it's first mod fitted!
  19. My Navara is sitting outside the office just now if you want a look at something left field. It's big, not that quick off the line but once it's rolling (even 10mph) it goes very well. Have a try of a couple of diesels, Q7s, MLs and V8 Rangie diesels all have bags of torque and are a nice drive. I'd love the Cayenne Turbo, a phase two would be my pick of the 'quick' jeeps if it were my money. Nothing else compares in my opinion, not even close. Have a look at Dunecht 4x4 (diesels) and Culter Car Centre (quicker luxury stuff) as they normally carry a selection.

    Life after Zed

A guy at my work has a pearl white MPS (older and more tasteful shape) and it's a total weapon. Just remember to get a 5 door. 3 doors with babies is a total nightmare!
  21. First thing I did was to check the IP! Sorry Ricey. lol you could of asked me, i would of gave you my ip address it begins with "92." if you aint got the rest of it just pm me You've actually posted from 3 IPs. Two start with 92 so are probably floating. The other starts with 2 and I think it's from an Orange mobile phone. Haven't really looked into it that much though.... Got any proper insurance quotes yet?
  22. Out of interest what is a full GT and a GT without the extras? We speaking about Rays and Sat Nav?
  23. A friend of mine had a Corvette for a while, and would always use the line "The Vette gets 'em wet". So I responded with "But the Zed gets me head!". The citroen AX gets me Sex...... In the truck, I get to.............................................................deliver goods Nice.
  24. Its like Battle for Middle Earth when the Scots need to get to civilization .......Turn left out of the 'shire, into Mordor, battle with the Nasguul and hang a right into Eisengaard then your there. For me it's head to the sea from the shire, turn right at kepplestone, follow signs to Perth then get on the Motorway!
