  1. I've sent you the T&Cs for becoming a member trader.
  2. Gavin 'couldn't get into the fire brigade' Morris..... Gavin 'from autoglass' Morris I'm stopping there. It HAS to be done. And in the blue corner, Gavin from autoglass Morrrrrriiiiiiisssssssss! Awesome.
  3. Man Truck. You know it makes sense!
  4. Well you know what they say about the S Class. If you want to see the tech that will be on a normal car in 5 - 10 years you look at the S Class. I'm sure none of this will appear on the S Class but it's still a cool concept.
  5. My 'local' Safari Park has monkeys on an island which you visit by boat. I've been a couple of times with my niece. I took my Mums 3 month old car once and I've taken the tank..... My pick up. With no monkeys to cause carnage I would easily take my Zed to my local one.
  6. Welcome along! We've heard about the car so it's nice to have the owner onboard.
  7. He's very cute Jay. Look forward to meeting him.
  8. The VS with green.... What you planning for this one? Same jap style or something different?

    Snow!

    Navara + KL71s = Happy snow motoring........ I hope.
  10. Man Trucks are cool! I am really taken with mine, it looks good (in my opinion) especially with my beefed up tyres. It is comfy and has all the toys. It's not a V8 though. I bloody wish it was! Again, I've looked at virtually all 4x4s over the last few years either for me, My Mum or my Dad. So if you need some non expert opinions feel free to give me a shout! Shoguns are a real good shout. 3 or my close friends have them of various ages and none of them have had any issues. Apparently when they changed there was a year of dodgyness though. My Dads winter hack is a top spec '06 LWB and it's been fine. he had one as a winter hack years ago, it was a '94 and he bought it from a good mate of mines dad (who had it from new) in about 2000. My Dad sold it to a guy he knew a couple of years later and he is still using it. It's never needed anything major! Pajero Evo? http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/list.a ... mit=Search
  11. You getting the full Dom torreto done Neil?
  12. Will 16s clear the brakes? Offset Is also important. How about 17 jdm wheels on winter rubber? I *think* they clear brembos.
  13. Nice one, just ordered a few myself. I like having a few smaller cards just in case!
  14. Best to replace across the axle. If the RE050 is good then I'd be tempted to buy another one. They are very good tyres but very expensive. If the other one is worn buy a pair. It's better to have the same tyres all round though.
  15. Funily enough I drove an Evora S a few weeks ago along with a Fezza, DB9, blah blah ans at the end the guys asked my favourite car. If it was my money the Evora S everytime. Straight line maybe it'd be whipped anywhere but going round twisties and I'd be smiling from ear to ear and not giving a crap what anyone else was driving. Evora S on twisties - WOW!
  16. If you see any 4x4s up my way that you want looked at bud let me know Chris. There are quite a lot of 4x4 garages up this neck of the woods.
  17. If yo can get an evoque for 7k I'll take them all. The X5 is alright in the snow as long as you put on decent tyres. They come with total road biased tyres which are rubbish. If you like them then it's a good buy but a 3.0D is a better prospect as I think the 4.4 V8 will just be more difficult to sell as time goes on.
  18. True 4x4 and a V8? Buy a Range Rover mate. But don't cry when the air suspension needs done....... They are capable and comfortable however I feel that the first gen X5 is really looking it's age now.
  19. The baker up the road from my work does awesome pies! Mince or macaroni are just brilliant! My other half has requested one of my signature homemade pies this week!
  20. Sounds to me like it's sorted. It's very hard to gauge what's going on through posts without all the information. So just to confirm these are no longer available? I hope the bank stuff gets sorted out soon, money transfers are a pain in the ass these days....
  21. I got a Cayman. Rolled in in the Zed wearing jeans and trainers. I really don't believe in having to dress up to impress car salesman. My mate who is a serial supercar buyer probably doesn't own trousers. He looks like he's fallen off his skateboard and into a dealership yet buys and sells 80-100k cars all the time!
  22. Just so all are aware this ad is being looked into by the team as I find it concerning. I have not locked the topic to allow the seller to reply so it'd be appreciated if those not involved refrain from comment on the thread as it will not help.
  23. Surely the world is to cynical for those shenanigans any more? I asked my dad to do this. If any 'checks' were to be carried out it'd be believable. If I did it they'd laugh in my face! I did a day with exhilarate based in the lower highlands of Scotland (Perthshire), they are done on public roads but you can gun it as much as you want as long as you aren't dangerous and you don't break the speed limits in the villages. Jayne was being encourage to overtake in a DB9 well into 3 figures as I chased in an Evora S. A co owner of the company (and the guy sitting next to Jayne) is a traffic policeman too! That day wasn't even expensive! Quite a number of my mates have done it too and all had similar experiences. They are now doing days based on track but I haven't attended one.... yet. It seems they are the exception though with regards to being able to 'drive' the car.
