Is it special in the fact that it has a differnent front bumper and spoiler?

I ordered mine! I'm thinking it's going to be the best thing since sliced bread! If it's a MY06 car it should have it. If not then it might have the standard cradle thing. I think it could have been an option though I'm not sure. If it was the wiring will probably be there anyway!

Flash Git. Couldn't put it better myself! My mates all earn less than me but they go out and spend £100+ per WEEK on booze. I don't. Then they ask how I can afford the car I have as well as a house etc. I think it might be the case with most people on here, easier on the booze and spend the money on a car!

My shortlist was basically S2K or a 350Z I hate TTs and I thought the Z4 looked girly. Boxster was too expensive to own and M3s had too many seats! The S2K was excellent but just too revvy. I would have lost my license revving the nuts off it to get anywhere. I also like the 6 cylinder engine, effortless and smooth. 4s just don't do it for me!

No. I'm with Schlumberger - A service company. I'm sure there would be a few Zs in the car park. Makes a change from Audi (especially those TTs), Merc, BMW and Porsche. Bluelady - You certainly woke them up. -AND- (just for the banter) If you need pics of men in skirts, I'm sure the Scottish members will happily post pics of themselves in kilts! We are manly enough to do it! Obviously in exchange for pics of yourself. We can even swap by PM since I'm the only man brave enough to do it!

I too was a Saxo VTR owner. Mine was modified too. I saw the light when I was 20 and bought a Lexus IS. Maybe a bit family man but it got me the RWD practice in before I bought the Z!

Keep the clutch in a second or two longer when changing. It helps.

I can afford it but only as I work away so I'm not filling it up all the time. It's also the first car I financed and to be honest that was a huge decision. I just thought that I had to do it now. Live for the day, no kids so no need for back seats! I said to my mum (she was worried about finance as my folks never finance cars) that I needed to do it now as I didn't want to be old and looking like a wannabe young guy! I think it's more about justifying the expense for me. I grudge paying some things but not my car as it gives me so much enjoyment.

No. The front looks not too bad in the fact that you barely see them. The rear looks naf.

The driving experience would be different. I'll point out that I haven't driven a Cayman S. It is a mid engined car so the weight will be in different places and it would effect the grip. Similar but a like for like. I honestly don't think there is a main rival to the Z. Think 300bhp front engined V6 RWD coupe for 30k? You can compare it to others but nothing i can think of is the same. Closest would be the crossfire but it's far too...... gay?

Especially with the popcharger fitted! My CD player is goosed on the BOSE so haven't had much on, I booked it in but got sent offshore and haven't re booked it! Bring back Lexus service!

The garage looked superb. I saw an enzo in Miami, he wound it up too! Absolutely amazing. I wasn't a fan before that but my jaw dropped and my boxershorts rose as it thrashed past!
