Well I was in Algeria and Nissan called to say that my headunit was in (they had already removed the screen etc to take serial numbers and put it back together properly) so as the car was sitting at my folks house I asked them to arrange a pick up and repair with my mum. They did this which was very good of them. I was chuffed to bits until I switched on my sat nav screen and noticed it was broken! I hope they repair it. If they don't I'll do it myself as they don't cost too much money but it's the principle of it!

Well does it??????? If not what is the best FM transmitter as I've heard very different opinions and qualities on these? I used the tape player in my lexus as it sat neatly underneath and quality wasn't that bad. The Zed tape was pigging awful so never listen to it!

Cool. Now I just have to get them to admit fault and repair it. It's a shame as they really did well this time with the service I recieved.

Ok, my car was in at the stealers getting the Bose fixed - it's great to listen to CDs while driving! BUT...... Why is there always a but with Nissan dealers.... They seemed to have broken my aftermarket Alpine Sat Nav systems LCD screen. The colours are all screwed up. I just wondered where I stood with it legally as it's an aftermarket product but they damaged it......

Well my plenum is sitting in the box. I was going to fit it today but took it easy instead. May fit it tomorrow depending on the weather.

Hello all, did you miss me? I've been stuck in an oilfield in Algeria close to the libiyan border for nearly a month. I'm not back in the uk yet but at least I have internet and phone access! As for the Sahara, it's full of bloody sand. Can't wait to get back to the Zed but better see to the girlfriend first!

Well if you could map for 1000rpm then surely you could map it so it'd stall
