    UTEC landed

I'll be watching this one too Val as if it makes a huge difference then this will go on the shopping list!
  2. Can't make much comment on the S type but my old man had an XJ8, he kept it for 5 years as he couldn't bear to part with it. It was brilliant and never cost too much in bits and bobs - I don't think... It was lovely.
  3. Well I think we should persuade him to part with some cash!
  4. Yes but not sure on the numbers. It's a seriously nice piece of kit.
  5. Not sure exactly. It's like Porsches RS. It's lightweight has a carbon roof, boot and maybe other bits. Doesn't have a radio though! It's got more BHP too. They only came in grey and are pretty damn rapid.
  6. Sl114 - Is this what you're wanting? Better strike while the irons hot!
  7. Plus the ~CSL hasthe scariest looking tyres ever. My mate has a CSL and it chews through them too.
  8. Nope. I don't know him. Not sure if he's on the other side either.
  9. Will be fitted soon Charlie. Gave it a polish and I'm waiting for my mate to be available as he has a hydraulic ramp!
  10. Anyway, back on topic! I didn't help keeping it on topic..... Get a popcharger, it makes an awesome noise. Nothing you do to the engine will make you much quicker unless spending big bucks. Tyres, suspension and brakes. That'll speed you up on the country roads!

    Winter Cars!

me to, just old cars in my eyes, lovely to look at, horrible to drive against modern stuff.,.,. always lusted after an E type Jag ,,had a 5 mile drive in one and absolutely hated the thing..,and were talking a concourse restoration item as well I agree, but these old classics are about owning them and appreciating them as pieces of art, not driving them. You got it in one. Buy these things and look at them, never drive them. Start them up as they usually sound glorious.
  12. If it's an auto just don't expect a footrest for your left foot. Very odd that they didn't put this in.

    Winter Cars!

I didn't do too badly for being such a young pup then!
  14. And they are building an Aldi about 2mins walk from my house! Hurry up and open!
  15. 25 cars and 2.5 hours tracktime! Maybe you'd be better trying to get a small group but spending like £250 on a good amount of track time.
  16. I live alone but my girlfreind stays alot! I clean when my cat makes a mess. I do a fair bit of the cleaning but my gf does some too!
  17. I would spend a bit more to get a better experience. 30 cars and 3 hours track time. It'll either be crowded or minimal laps!
  18. Sticker from the site. With the logo top centre of this page.

    Winter Cars!

Not too much of a ferrari guru sarnie, looks late sixties and maybe the 'GT' style. I'm sure some of the 'mature' members will have an answer. Looks nice though!
  20. The weather's lovely here in california... bit chilly, but blue skies and sunshine Not fair!

    Winter Cars!

Cool, didn't know that they made these without Fiat being 'involved.' I like the little car, it's pretty funky, I remember a guy in the next street had one when I was young. Was a a rusty uncared for example though. Shame! Bertone certainly has had their hand in my good projects. And the Dino is the most stunning car ever!
  22. One Million dollars! Mwuh ha ha!
