Mine are both LCD and are magic. Not sure on the plasmas. I think they are decent enough. My old man has an LCD Bravia and I wouldn't hesitate in buying one! Out of the ones listed I'd go Viera. You might get something much better by adding a couple of hundred quid to the budget. Just a thought....

For LCD go for Sony Bravia or Panasonic Viera. (I have two Vieras and am impressed) For Plasma Pioneer ££££££ This is according to my mate the Audio Visual dealer.

I know middlehurst nissan supply the 19s. Maybe the 18s too. I think it's envy or someone do the 18s. I can't remember! The offsets look ok but I'm not an expert. Not sure on the 'aggressiveness' of the +30 rear.

Haven't put them on yet. They arrived yesterday but there is snow up with me so I'll do it when it's better weather. I'll put up my opinion on the tyre review thread in the performance section.

I would recomend sitting on your leg until you get used to it! Honestly. The merc has a foot operated ebrake so if you hit that instead of the 'clutch' you''ll be in serious trouble!

Good news buddy. Just push for a 'suitable' hire car. ie one with a similar value and style! I tried this and got a diesel mondeo...... At least it was better than a fiesta!

What a bunch of fannys! Heard on Radio one that you shouldn't go out unless in a 4x4. That's just a trickle of snow! We have more up here but it's not bad for this area. Still wouldn't be taking the Zed out though.....
