Oh and I was told that only the traffic police can charge you for this. Not sure if that is true though.

I once done with misrepresentation of a number plate when I had a fancy letter style on my little Saxo. I was given 28 days to change it and get an MOT station to verify it was legal. No charge was placed and no fine.

But you are the man who is looking at buying a gallardo when in the past day has posted 2 pics of red ferrari spyders saying you want them! Patience is a good thing my friend. You have to make the right decision. I didn't buy the first Zed I saw and I certainly wouldn't be parting with 100k unless I was really sure I was making the best choice.
