Yes. As I said, it's a personal thing whether people sign it or not. I personally think the Millenium dome was a waste of tax money, so is a mega mosque. On a more personal note I think it's disgusting how much tax money is spent in London anyway, England and indeed the rest of the United Kingdom is bigger than that! I would sign the pettition if it was a mega christian church also. Religion is something I'm not a great fan of. I think people can have their beliefs and worship who they like, but why should I be paying for it?

I can't view it as youtube is blocked here. However, having lived in Russia for two years I can state that they can't drive. They drive the same way year round, the roads department is the best I've seen in the world but not changing your driving style from summer (+30 - 40* in the region I lived) to winter (-30 - -50* in the region I lived) is asking for trouble!

The rim size on the back is 20 with 19 on the front, it would make a huge difference in the gap between disc and rim too!
