  1. The 4 door thing is ugly, so out of proportion. Te cayenne is not attractive but is a mad machine. It's brilliant on the road and very luxurious. For me the 911 is amazing but as Sinbad said, why use the design on all the cars. It works on the 911 and nothing else!
  2. 17k might get you one, however 18k is realistic. Just beware what you are looking at UK / import / GT etc. Know the differences before you go! There are no major issues but know what repairs could have been done on warranty (clicky axle / skipping Bose etc) as an 04 plate may be out of warranty. Just the usual stuff like uneven tyre wear, a little more wear on the inside seems normal but not excessive wear! A GT car with Rays is very desirable, make sure you want the GT pack as you do pay a premium for it!
  3. No idea what it is but it sounds good!
  4. Where were you tim, I got back to 189 new posts but hit 'mark all posts read' by mistake!
  5. the 5-0 would be pulling you every two mins if they knew what was under the bonnet!
  6. I used to get a hire car paid for by Nissan GB! Something similar to my Zed please..... mondeo diesel!

Flirt and fierce donkey v sarnie and joe!
  8. Hmmmm, I guess we'll find out tomorrow. The fact they both start 11026 has to be good though..... Thanks for that though!
  9. I have a selection of products being used just now. I still think I want to get a pressure washer with a foam lance though.... I wish I could polish my car at work.... saying that, I don't go to work everyday so nothing stopping me!
  10. I haven't seen one on the road yet but my dads mate has been one of the disgruntled bunch that have been on the waiting list forever. He maybe has it now.... It's meant to be a cracker, V10 I think is released next year perhaps.... I still would contemplate buying an RS4 and a Super caterham / exige / Atom or some other form of weapon together for less money!
  11. Not that I don't trust my dealer..... ahem.... I just bought an oil filter and sump plug gasket for changing my oil tomorrow and just wanted to check the part numbers of the items I got. The filter is pretty small and has mention of Almera 1.5 and 1.8s on it, it doesn't mean it isn't correct but don't want to get scuppered! Oil filter - 15208-9F600 Gasket - 11026-BX000 (I think, the hand writing is bad!) Can someone wiser than me confirm?
  12. You'll know more than most Zed salesperson (note - gender neutral!) after being on this site a week!
  13. You need to get some blackfire wax rickya! That's the stuff!
  14. I think there is an adaptor you can buy. I think it's for alpine only. I could be all wrong here though. I seem to remember someone getting one from accross the pond. Either that or I'm dreaming again......
  15. The centre console is nice! They did a good job though, I think the shape is better on the production car. They lengthened overhangs and stuff and it just tightened it all together in my opinion.
  16. Give over, this thing has the 6.0 litre W12 Twin Turbo, 550 bhp and four wheel drive, it must go like the clappers ! In the Coupe it's a 200 mph car. Hmmm, 200 mph in a rag top with the roof down, interesting... Most owners would lose their tupee at that speed! I like the Bently. It's a sweet car.
  17. Set of two aswell so no excuse for not using the preffered two bucket technique!
  18. Apparently this bike has some fancy slipper clutch or something fitted to it (according to his wife!) so it's got a great metalicy rattle to it at idle too. Just awesome!

    Insurance

I have done a few searches both on single cars and most Zed quotes are far more. I am happy but I'll see if anyone else has some suggestions!

    Insurance

    Actually, 478 for both cars!
  21. Hell yeah, it just means that if it starts at 25k then the V8 shouldn't be more than than 35! Better news!
  22. I love mine! He just came home with his Ducatti 996 singing. It's a noise that never tires..... ever!
  23. I heard it should start at nearer 25!

    Insurance

I'm sure this has been covered before however, and heres the twist, I need insurance for both my cars. Admiral are currently quoting around £600 for me (24, 7 NCD, 0 points, limited miles) for my 2004 350Z GT and my 1995 Astra 1.7 TD (yes - forced induction! ) So what I am asking is, do others do multicar style insurance and how do they compare to admiral on cover and price? I'd appreciate some advice from people who insure 2 or more cars please.
