True. I was just looking at budget though. If you don't want to exceed a budget then lowering the value will allow you to buy a house and pay stamp duty without exceeding it.

It seems crazy that this is the case. Very wrong indeed. If all they care about is date of registration in the UK then they shouldn't be issuing date related plates as this is a contradiction!

My suggestion? Can't remember the stamp duty rate. Call it 5 %. Your house 300k so stamp duty is 15k. You agree to sell house for 287k then when the stamp duty is added the total is 300k. You do the same for the other house 365k value, agree sale at 348k then with stamp duty it's 365k. I wouldn't have thought it would flag up much at the land registry.

Could you both agree a price and then just take off the stamp duty so the price paid is the same? I realise this is a variation on a theme of tax evasion however it would reduce the cost by an amount that shouldn't ring alarm bells. That way you are paying the correct amount for the house and the stamp duty however you are not breaching your monetary limits.

To be honest if it's Nismo and not Nismo 'style' it should be difficult to mess up fitting as it's direct replacement OEM spec stuff. Painting is a different matter, not being in your area I can't recommend anyone however find someone you can trust. Ask to see a portfolio, if they are good they should have one or should at least be very willing, if not proud, to show off there handy work. Just my advice!

I use Meguiars Endurance as it last a long time and gives a god finish. Put on with an applicator it gets the best results I feel. I am away to change to blackfire though as it is unbelievable! Tere, I WISH we got that colour in the UK. It is awesome! Although I bet it doesn't look so good in the wet UK weather!

Hey how's it going. Sorry I can't help out with the part but someone might be able to. You could search for UK car breakers and see if any Zeds are available. Sometimes Ebay UK have such breakers advertised. I haven't been over to Texas for a year now (I'm in the oil game so visit Houston occasionally) I love the license plates by the way!
