White? Nope. It suits some cars and might look good on a Zed but why bother. You could see any car and spray it that colour. Something like Ford Imperial Blue wuld look awesome. I am a bit of a fan of flip paints and custom colours. I think H5 has it sussed to be honest. House of Color Kandy apple Red. Absolutely timeless!

http://www.kinetixracing.com For the plenum and cats. Pop charger is an short ram type induction kit as opposed to a lower mounted enclosed cold air intake.

I don't have a nismo (I have DC sports) but I guess it'd mostly be sound! The intake gives you.... wait for it.... noise! A plenum you do notice giving a bit more pull through the mid range. Money well spent to be honest. As a bonus you get NOISE! I see a theme running here! Get them all from the states and you could save a packet. It would depend what you're buying though. I went with JWT popcharger as my intake and a kinetix V+ plenum. These are fairly reasonably priced. Maybe a shade over a grand for all three...

You might get wheels for a grand but I doubt with tyres! You might be able to buy a kit for a grand but what aout fitting and painting? I think exhaust and intake is possible, maybe even plenum if you get at a good price!

Thank god I'm not in the country. My neighbours must wonder what the hell is going on when I'm shouting full bore at the TV when programmes like that are on!

Are sports cats not available for the Lambo? The price to put in and out cats at mot time on your car would probably warrant the price alone! That and it's not illeagal etc.

My mate had a corsa (magazine featured but in CCC as it looked stock!) with a 2.1 16v vauxhall engine. Rally spec, a savage diff so it could put the power down too. It was white with black plastic bumpers and nothing else. AWESOME when he first took it to the 1/4 mile and everyone thought it was a 1.2!. 0-60 under 5 secs. quickest front wheel drive car in britain according to CCC timing gear. I nearly bought it too..... Another good mate has an R33 GTS-T with 700bhp. It's quick for a RWD!

What colour did you order again GC? I'll just have to 'slum it' in my 04 for a little longer....

I buy loads of stuff and my missus nicks it. At least I don't have to do it for her all the time! She normally helps. She is also a dab hand with the blue masking tape when the Porter Cable comes out! I have only tried the PC with blackfire polish and wax (and a cutting compound!) and i's really very easy!

I think insurance killed that off Dan. 'Back in the day' I think you could insure those cars. Now it would be 3 or 4 times the rice of the car. Shame really!

I have a grounding kit from Pete Spill. He makes no claims whatsoever apart from a smoother idle (which is true). However he said in a thread before (here or OC) that someone had made claims about increased HP. Lets face it, any monkey can think of a number and right it down and claim that is a BHP increase. Even dyno charts can't be believed unless you've seen the test yourself!
