I didn't go to the Z show. I just visited Daytona raceway by chance last year. It was deserted when I was there. They had this bus thing that took you round the track. The banking is STEEP!

I just looked through my pics from when I was there last year. I did the track tour and all that. Quite good fun.

Never mind the PC brigade, it's the european human rights too. Have you seen the prisons here? I haven't actually but I have heard plenty stories, they are all full of Sky TV and playstations. Sack that, I don't have Sky so why the hell should a scumbag prisoner have it! They should have 4 bunk beds and a hole in the floor. A blanket in the winter I suppose. Prison should be a punishment! Get them out digging trenches and repairing our bloody roads. Make Prison tough. Then they wouldn't be overcrowded and this stuff wouldn't happen as kids would have a detterant!

You can get a screw in fill plate, just like the reflector but can be body coloured. Can't remember where I saw it.....

I think you studied political spin doctoring Adam! Val was a good guy in the dealings I had with him. I always appreciated the comments he made and enjoyed the ever on going 'wheel debate!' I think he did a lot for the club and I'm sure everyone (except Sarnie) appreciates that. He was a huge part of the club and will be sorely missed. I wish him all the luck in his future, I'm sure it'll be bumpy with the FI built engine build going on! I just hope he comes and posts pics and details when it's all finished. I'm not holing my breath but I'm sure some of us would like to see Zelda finished!

Sounds ok to me but I'm not a technical guru. Big phil or TDI or someone might have a better idea. I wouldn't like to give you a bum steer. I honestly couldn't see what could be that different. Exhaust system might have diferent back pressure or something??????

I think the 06 engine would be ok as it's the same physically. As for plumbing it in to a JDM car. No idea! I wouldn't have thought there would be a problem but that' a question for someone who has changed one before. Do you know what caused the engine failure. Seems strange after just having it serviced.
