  1. Yes, a dog as portrayed in Snatch. Dan has rotties on his website.
  2. I did have more of a problems with the 'stones, pulling out from my work and near my house are both uphill left turns and it would lose traction when pulling out gently. With the toyos this doesn't happen. I think the TC is good, only a nugget takes it off in the wet and I'd say it wouldn't let you lose it, maybe slide a little .
  3. That CAT driver training folk. They are on the other side and have posted here. I think they didn't offer the same discount though!
  4. Is it the one in the Meet our staff section? PS, If any of buy a car from you do you throw in a dag? You've got to have a dag in the deal!
  5. I would go the import route simply as Nissan customer service is crap and their warranty is pretty crap too! Doesn't make sense. I bought a UK Zed but that's before I'd experienced Nissan!
  6. Like a complete pussy most of the time and if I'm feeling brave I drive it like a pussy...... I'm not a good enough driver really!
  7. Thanks Tere, gives us an idea what it would look like in the UKs 'blazing' sun.....
  8. Jockanese Sarnie! Edit - I thought we were all doing our best posh phone voices and everyone would understand! Martinmac will know what I mean!
  9. Agreed. Somebody buy it. It is pretty raspy but in a good way... I like it anyway, it's not bad on motorways and sounds good with my V+ plenum and JWT. Here is the vid I was on about earlier. It was taken inbetween playing poker, drinking beer and setting up my home cinema (hence the dB meter) http://s137.photobucket.com/albums/q228/stewart-83/?action=view&current=CIMG1108.flv By the way it isn't black smoke - just a poor transfer and yes, that is snow on the ground!
  10. Well, on the subject of cars and not Zedrushes crack fuelled money making schemes or his sister..... The RX8 is great if you like the looks and can put up with the running costs. Low MPG and oil consumption. It has four sets and four doors. Great for a family man that wants a coupe looking car. BMWs are fine. They do everything well but that's just it. They do it well, you picked up they have no soul. The Zed, I have one so am biased. The boot is alright in my coupe, the clutch is fine but does take a day to get used to I suppose. Other options, XKR - awesomely quick and I like jags. Expensive to repair and as Lomoto says, be wary or early cars. Monaro - kinda like the Zed. A bit of an overlooked gem. New suggestions - 3.0 audi quattro - fairly quick, comfortable and good in the snow. An Alfa Romeo V6 - Massive depreciation, suspect build quality but if you get a good one it's a great car. Can't think of anything else off the top of my head. Just one thing though, which one does your heart want? We all reason that 2 seats isn't enough but it's amazing how you get by!
  11. There are pics of night blue coupe somewhere that I've seen. They are all americanesque pics with lots of sunshire. I would like to see a pic on a dull day as that's what we get mostly!
  12. 24, nearly 25.... @*!#. Owned a house (not a flat I'll have you know!!!) for 3 years and have the Zed owned for 18 months, an old astra and I think a motorbike will be filling my garage as soon as my new kitchen and windows are paid for. All bought with my own.... actually mostly the banks money but hey, I'm young.....ish
  13. Probably best to have a chat with an import dude or the MLR as I'm sure these guys would be well up to speed.

    WEATHER

I am in the South of France again but I'm not very pleased to report that it's rainy! Not cold though!
  16. I like mine....... I must take some good sound clips to post up. I only have ones done in an echoey bit on my driveway when my mates and I were drinking..... the car did not move. I am not THAT irresponsible!

They look a bit like the rims locked up in my garage Stuey.....
  18. I bought a nice Tag Heuer Tiger woods limited edition Link when I was in the states. A healthy saving!

    Scumball car

definately black if you are heading anywhere near eastern europe. Just remember to tint the windows and drive with the headlights on. Watch all the Ladas get out of your way! If you can get some diplomatic plates for it too......
  23. Not huge. Based on the old shape E class merc chassis. The high waistline gives you the impression it's bigger than it is!
