The 300C is gangsta chic! I think they are pretty cool too.

Saw one on the road at lunchtime in silver. First time I've seen one in the flesh. It looked pretty cool (it was partially covered in snow though) but I'm unsure of the rear spoiler! Pretty cool family car for less than 30k! Checked piston heads and there is one on for 26 something.
  4. I bought these to see my discs through to the end. Then I'll change both for matching items like performance friction or similar.
  5. It does seem to be the one with the best rep at the moment. I'm sure RJN use it on their race cars(???). Lets you know the pedigree. I didn't actually think it was all that bad price wise really. Not for what you're actually getting.
  6. I posted that before..... not there now. Weird. I said traders can do it at that price but with the voucher it is a very good deal! Edited: I also said in my disappearing post that these are generally regarded as a good alternative to OEM, better performance etc. They are maybe not as good as ferrodo however they sometimes squeel but the EBCs don't. Oh, yes. Other members have these fitted. Some have them on their workbenches (not lloking at anyone in particular Chris! )
  7. you decided to come along! You should post up an intro in the introductions section. I can't wait to see the beast!
  8. I will need new pads soon. I noticed I had a £25 voucher from ebay so I bought these http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NISSAN-350Z-FRONT-REAR-EBC-REDSTUFF-BRAKE-PADS-350-Z_W0QQitemZ150226695403QQihZ005QQcategoryZ23013QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Works out at £75 delivered for front and rear! If others have a voucher could be worth a bung. And the seller just offered to upgrade my postage for free!
  9. I think the KW variant 3 is a good option. Or Tein. Option to have EDFC fitted for in car control too.
  10. Not too bad then. I bet you can get the crew rowing too to get to a salvage!
  11. Cool. I was on a jack up rig in the north sea when it was hit by a supply boat. Twice! It's not nice! The boat was opened up like a tin of beans down the side! Cool video. Those tugs looked like they could shift! What speed they do?
  12. He gave me some info in the MSN convo. He is trying to arrange a look for me too.
  13. Just speaking to a local tuner who has built a PE TT using the haltech stand alone system. He will be passing on the forum details to the owner who will hopefully join up and tell all.

Too low. There was a thread yesterday saying 35psi for 20s. This is normal on 18s so I'd guess 35. Give it a go, it'd be a shame to give up those wheels as they are gorgeous!
  15. Agree that it works well in the states. The 'driver only' cars seem to let you out the car pool lane too. Here, you will not be able to move due to BMW drivers hogging the road driving too close to each other. It's not like a 316i has enough power to accelerate away anyway!
  16. Don't think it's the first time 250doc has done that. His Zed is 100k+ miles now.
  17. However a point to note is that usually (not always) the same carving knives are used for all the meats - chefs and their knives.....
  18. There you go Jay, a real crane to swing on! The two red and white bits

    Binned it

  20. Yeah, it's your fault I slightly offed my astra on the way to work this morning! I really want fish and chips now!
