How many people would have noticed that before the car blew up? I'd certainly be asking them to explain themselves. Might also be worth reporting it to Nissan GB if their answer isn't satisfactory as I'm sure leaving an oil filter loose isn't to Nissans standards. They read the forum occasionally so they might see this. If that is the case then they should be making you satisfied as it could dent peoples confidence in them and make them think twice about using them in the future.

Tuner? Prescience, Zmanalex or Tere would be the best bet on this forum.

Was she charged? Usually if the police attend an accident they pretty much charge there and then and let the procurator fiscal decide if the charge needs to be followed up. Six months is still usually the limit I believe. My mate was in a similar situation when he passed his test, he basically pulled out in front of a speeding van, he was charged with careless driving but was never prosecuted. So, I wouldn't bother worrying unless she was charged, in which case the charge will probably not be followed up on if you haven't heard by now!

Ha ha! The pics turned out good! Not sure my dad will appreciate the offroadness of his pimp mobile but it is a refreshing change seeing a rangie outside an office or on the school run! I'm glad I never cleaned it either as I think it looks better dirty! Thank goodness for air suspension too.......

The rims catch colour well. The spokes have a bronzee tone to them in the very bright sun. Quite unusual. I was chuffed when Adam said he thought he'd have to shop out his reflections as he hadn't done a car that shiny before! And that was on a really dull day!
