  1. Glad to see you and June will be making the journey again Colin. Mike, that Monster is dangerous! It'll eat you as soon as look at you! So who's for Haggis in 2009?
  2. Awesome pics. Surely some more calander contenders there! Shame dud brakes put a stop on me attending. Both Jayne and myself were gutted. The road tax being due was the final straw...
  3. Adams shipping is very competitive. Give him a try. I think you'd be surprised.
  4. The man from the boat rental company says 'take your pick!'
  5. I don't think there is a need for a cover in the garage. Better with a dehumidifier and a duster to take of the dust. These covers are very good though. I have one!
  6. I'll join you. A week sounds perfect actually. Any advance on the weekers?
  7. He's a stand up guy. As I said, I've worked with him a few times and he is really down to earth. Yes he has a Lambo Murci, Ferrari 360 (RIP) and a Rangie but he's also really decent. I feel for him, I'm sure it'll be replaced with something decent though.
  8. The Team have discussed and we have settled on September 5th/6th Weekend for the big drive out. For those wanting to come for the drive only this will take place on 6th September. Ok folks, I think those that attended will agree that it was a good meet and a great drive! Just to remind you of what went on, check out the photos here: http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=16221 Anyway, the purpose of this thread is to gauge interest for next year and see what everyone wants to do. I think the date will be around the same time, end of August / start of September which minimises shed draggers (and bloody motorhomes ) This will also let everyone attend the Wales meet too! So, who's up for it and what do you want to do? Oh and I know it's a long way for everyone to travel but it IS worth it and if you love your Zed and driving you really should attend. Stew If you are interested (or definitely) attending then please add your names here! http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=16822&start=0
  9. Still researching? Thought you'd have found a new board game to distract you or something!
  10. Hairdressers car! Original! I was told that by my girlfriends sisters boyfriend. He revoked the remark halfway through second gear. Tool. Yep, everyone has an opinion but take them for a spin. They will soon shut up. My Business Development Manager has a TT V6 and he has always ribbed me about my car. He offered me a race (in front of all the big wigs in the office) to which I replied, ok. I'll start in second gear to give you a chance and I walked away..... Everyone was laughing...... except him!
  11. Thats Als everyday car! I've worked with him a few times. It's his everyday motor to keep his Murcialago miles down! @*!#, I'm sure he'll be OK looking at the damage but I'll check! That's down the road from my Grannys house! I hope they didn't disturb my Grandad as he's over the wall.

    20"s on a Z

it'll ride fine but in my opinion won't look right. Not sure if others on here have had 20s and not lowered but for less than £200 for a set of Eibachs it's well worth it. Good stance and an improvement on standard.
  13. Nice. I think those cowboy clampers / ticket givers are illeagal in Scotland (maybe not but I've never seen them) but the letter looks pretty good!
  14. Mine is lowered with the aerosync front and I don't have much problems. Huge speed bumps are daunting. Sometimes they have to be attacked at an angle but apart from that it's OK!
  15. nice work andrew. looking good! I use the bilt hamber with water too. I keep the clay really wet and the surface. seems to work ok. will be getting soft now though! I love the rosso. it's so much better in the flesh too!
  16. yep. azure with charcoal. I didn't want alezan. the azure is great to kept and looks amazing when you put some work in. mine never popped or anything for a long time. it kooks shiny but flat. Now though, it's popping and loks so deep. great colour!
  17. I loved You Bet. I remember when it was on on a tuesday night (I think) it was the only night my dad used to come home early as my mum was out (to look after me not because they hated each other!) and we used to watch that and the Bill. Another one I liked was Blockbusters! Can I have a P please Bob.....
  18. Oh and you shouldn't need ramps to remove the splash guard. An axle stand would help though I think!
  19. You could invest in an injen hydroshield. Chris at JDM performance does them. Possibly other traders too.
  20. I got 84 despite being fat! My grandad lived until he was 86 so I'm going for that. He liked a social whisky too!
  21. As said, If you find the right car the Nismo kit can be added after for a reasonable price.
