Had a little meet on Sunday with Doug and Cara. Jayne was my co driver! We met up and ventured across the Lecht skiing area and all the serious driving roads around. Conditions were fairly good for St Andrews day and we covered a fair few miles. About 150 I guess????? Was a nice run and Doug led all the way. Caras parking was excellent...... Anyway, I never had my camera but Cara was snapping away, maybe she'll post some pics up! Our cars went out clean and came back the dirtiest it's ever been! It is a total state. I'll enjoy cleaning it though!

I'm sure you won't need spacers. I'm sure the wheels will be changed in Spring! :lol:

I used to wear one of those offshore. Then they didn't work when I lived in Siberia so had to change to a G shock.

To save starting a new thread, my Dixcel set up is on now too. I have the same discs up front and rear discs with the same pattern. Same pads all round. I also have some HEL braided hoses and RBF600 fluid Due to the snow I haven't bedded them in yet but will next week when I finish nights. Initial impressions driving home from my mates garage..... F**K ME! They stop! Initial bite was awesome, I barely pushed the pedal and I was shaving off speed! Not in a jerky way either, in a very progressive manor. More reports as time goes on. I hope Adrian will be able to follow up too!

Well a 'base spec' GTR is 51K I think. And a 'top spec' 370Z will be a shade over 30k I think.....

Well the 'credit crunch' has had such a HUGE effect on prices that I doubt the 370 will knock it much more. I'd imagine the 370Z would be around the current 350Z pricing new. So about £30k for a high spec model. That's 20-25K less than a GTR.

Hey Derin. Love the merc. This was a blast from the past and I must say I take my hat off to you for being a serious car nut. I'm glad the joke comments made were taken the way they were intended! I for one would be interested in looking at the cars you are doing as you do them if you have time to post up the links.

Seen a couple of white ones up here and a couple of black ones. The white looked great (and I don't really like white cars) however the black looked bland!

No problem in my Landie! The zed is tucked up but the dirtiest it's ever been!
