My opinion of my local Nissan dealer is not family forum friendly. Sounds like these folk are of the same variety. I'd call NMGB and advise them of this (they are representing them afterall) and the head office (if there is one) of the company. A letter to the dealer principle would also be good. They are clearly muppets and would have ripped you off if they could. It is NOT good enough in my opinion.

I work through the procedure and never have too much of a problem. Try it with a watch (accurate timing) and also try to do 1 elephant 2 elephant counting. Another trick it to continue counting instead of doing everything for 5 secs, 10 secs etc keep a running total. Most have found this makes t far more accurate.

I would look at products and base a design around that. Also choose equipment that suits your musical taste. I think Rob (H5 on here) has created an amazing install using minimal components but they are all VERY well chosen. It's award winning too!
