  1. That's something to think about actually... Depends what colour you want! They changed the colours in 2007.
  2. How much for these ?? any student discounts Who is Keith ?? Cheers Heath Keith is Maccaman.
  3. Basically all the crap that is in your tank falls to the bottom. When a tank gets low all this is sucked up. I would say it's bad for the fuel system rather than engine though. The fuel filter should catch it but it could clog up.
  4. Sounds like a great excuse NOT to insure my other half again!
  5. Emmm well Friday night in the office. Finish at 7am. Sleep. Get up and make food. Work 7pm Sat to 7am sun..... Sleep Get up and make food Work 7pm Sun to 7am Mon.... And it's back to Monday!
  6. Give the calipers a bit of a clean at the same time. There are bolt in guide things inside which are a nightmare if they go wrong apparantly. I did mine when me and my mate did the discs and pads. He reckons it's a problem on older Porsche 911s that use Brembos near enough the same. Working for an indy porsche specialist I listened to him!
  7. Evening Express A BIKER was seriously injured this afternoon after a road crash in Aberdeen. The man was thrown around five feet in the air when he crashed with a car on a busy Aberdeen street. Police and paramedics were scrambled to the scene as onlookers gathered and tried to help. The crash happened on Aberdeen’s Market Street near its junction with Hadden Street at 2pm. Witness Baz Maitland said the Yamaha bike was heading towards nearby Union Street when it was in a crash with a silver Volkswagen Polo. The 42-year-old said: “He flew right up on to the bonnet and came down again. He flew about four or five feet in the air. “I’m a biker myself, it’s not good to see a biker go down.†Mr Maitland, of Aberdeen’s Manor area, said a member of the public helped the biker until emergency services arrived. The man, thought to be in his 30s, was lying in the middle of the road across from Wilson’s Bar. The injured man was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
  8. Ha ha! And that guys new moto is 'Make friends with people that have cranes!'
  9. Haven't taken any Chris. You want to see?
  10. It was a black 03 R6. The info was taken from my local bike forum. The OP over there passed when an ambulance was in attendance. I ride a BRIGHT orange bike with headlights on all the time (automatic) and people still pull out on you etc. I understand that it's difficult to see bikes sometimes however please take that extra look. I'm too young to die!
  11. £450 seems reasonable to be honest. I've seen ones in the same condition go for much more!
  12. There was a virtually identical thread yesterday. There was a bit of infor in there that might be of interest. Envy and Envy South sell them.
  13. I used to crimp downhole 3 phase power cables carrying 150A and 2500V to a motor 10000ft away. Never gave way. Cable Splicing...... I loved it!

  17. Pimms car lowered and spacer on standard wheels http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=20190&highlight= My car with lowering springs and Rays http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=20027 And mine on my summer wheels so you can see the difference. No spacers, just a good offset. http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=15956&highlight=stew+photoshoot
  18. thanks for the advice. def think spacers will be a good addition. so what wheels suit lowering then, 19s or 18s as well? i saw adrians photos and thought it looked pretty good lowered. prob wont be able to afford new wheels soon. The standard wheels look fine when lowered (with spacers) I'll dig out a couple of posts to show you. Or any aftermarket wheel with a good offset!
  19. Nice vid actually Andrew. Great tune too!
  20. I you can only afford to do one then spacers are the better mod in my opinion! The lowering only doesn't suit the standard wheels!
  21. displayed on mine. first two are a 276 model interior The third is a 296 model. It is an auto but you can still see the differences.... I hope!
