  1. pic of the sway bar setup, although this is a different bar I have used this pic because it is easy to point you i the right direction. The right hand end of the blue bar shows the connector or drop link, it is this drop link which needs lubricating. If you look carefully you willsee the rubber which needs to be pulled back and then use a staightforward spray grease, mostof thse come with a small straw attachment to make it easier to direct the spray right inside the rubber. _________________ Here you go. The bit that is vertical at the end of the blue bar. You can't miss it when you look underneath really.
  2. Couldn't give a monkeys about BHP. It's just a number. Sign me up for a nice fat curve! Oh yes!
  3. Yeah traction control is really unpredictable and i think the bigger wheels make it even worse. Before i got the car all modified i used to always run with it off, just ironic i only started having it on just to stop me getting too carried away. No probs with mine on 20s. Maybe luck of the draw. I can honestly saw my TC has been 100% predictable since fitting t1rs about 2 years ago. It only comes on if provoked.
  4. Whos doing it Martin?
  5. The clicky axle is a warranty issue. If not the Zmanalex sells uprated bits to fix it. The drop links I'm unsure of..... I just did mine myself (re greased) but I think they are £35 or something for nissan replacement. No idea where I got that fiqure from.... must have read it somewhere.
  6. Not after tomorrow I expect a call with the results Mart!
  7. You're on a winner 'darn saarf' as there are a lot of owners. All you have to do is be able to name a place and have a route....... unlike the 'great tunnel run'..... Best of luck!
  8. when they drove past the guy puffing and panting at the end of the road standing on a wall going
  9. Ah, the need for mods is strong in this one! Best of luck with the project. Keep us informed!
  10. Sounds like the rear drop links need a sqoosh (is that a scottish word??? means Spray if it is....) or grease.
  11. In a Crocodile Dundee fashion, "thats not a mirror reflection, this is a mirror reflection"... Why did I do the accent in my head when I read that??????
  12. CBT is valid for 2 years I believe before needing redone.
  13. I want it! Looks ace! I *believe* that Giles acquired a bonnet from RJN off one their racers. Maybe someone with far more knowledge of his (ex) car can let us know though....
  14. Probably the £50 discs off ebay!

  16. Hi Stew I have been using brinkmanns for the past 2 yrs and nver had any faults with any of mine, I always use my ciggy lighter in the van, some people use the cheap transformer plugs not that i'd trust to use 1 though. Yes if any problems, I can connect the supplier and arrange replacement etc. Paul Ok I'm in then Paul. Halogens are fine for working but a torch would be very handy.

  18. Very nice! You'll find over time that you use less and less product for an application. One thing, you did a lot of washing, I don't think it was all required! You'll get into a routine though and the results are great!
  19. Ooooops. Not good! Glad you're ok and the club spirited members stuck around for you!
  20. No. They aren't leather. That is a non GT car. So no leather, electic heated seats. No bose and no cruise control.
  21. Nice to get a response and it shows all petrolheads are like minded people!
