  1. Liked them on the 370z and like them on a Zed. Yes please. Edited the original post to display the image automatically.
  2. Absobloodylutely...... I just changed over wheels and I've been cleaning off disintegrated brake pad off a rear wheel. Not fun! Better to change them sooner than later.
  3. +1 I don't think even a 210hp Works can trouble a Z, if the Z driver is not caught off guard. Hmmmmm not so sure...... Depends what kind of roads it's on. I had a JCW mini and traded it for my 350Z. Mini will win on twisty roads hands down. It's lighter, nippier and handles far better. But I love my Zed for all its lardy, softy sprung arse. That was my point! I've seen (OK track prepped) minis round knockhill chasing Alex. Twistie bits they can gain time. Straight - bye bye! I'm guessing the Minis are heavily modified but Alexs car is barely a Zed! Seen the standard ones and on the mega twisties (80% of roads in Aberdeenshire) they'd give a Zed a good run.
  4. FLAMES BABY! Flame wheels! Hell yeah!
  5. to the site. If I was you I'd be getting the pads and fluid upgraded before you go! I believe the 'ring is easy on brakes and unsure about spa however it's worth doing I'd have thought!
  6. It's a copy of the vieldside V1 kit. TmJak has it although I believe his is =genuine. Lovely understated kit.
  7. I was thinking that all the way through. I recognised a few locations. I'm sure I saw Edinburgh on one of the signs.
  8. Bit of Oasis, Goo Goo Dolls and The Calling could perhaps set a lovely boozing tone.
  9. Thanks for that. I'm with Admiral and have split no claims. When I had two cars at 17 or 18 I had a deal that only one was allowed on the road at once. I will be looking for a good deal on insurance too. So will keep it in mind.
  10. No filter on the Zed.
  11. Well I removed mine and it's been in the airing cupboard drying out. Tried a few things but no success. I hopefully have spare parts winging there way over to me soon then I'll tell you my findings. I still think it's the power pack.
  12. Welcome to the club. Gutted about the bumper!
  13. Bit of Pink Floyd for me please c/w extended guitar solo in "Comfortably Numb" <------- should have guessed John!
  14. Thats insane! I had a new rear bumper fitted to mine in a day and a half Did they have the bumper in stock? My place ordered mine when it was assesed so that it was all good to go once they got it in. Agree with Chris. That's insane. Absolute joke. The job better be spot on! Juast on another note, are you paying yourself of is it insurance? Either way I'd be putting in a complaint.
  15. Welcome to the forum Stu. Glad you took the plunge after all this time. Stew.
  16. I'll speak to the secret musical guest and see what can be done.... Any more requests????
  17. Did you feel the difference once installed? I think combing this with the high flow cats should see big improvements....do you agree? I never got cats at the same time. I would quite like some though..... I noticed the difference with the plenum personally. A spacer will give the same benefits but it's 6 and 1/2 dozen I think....
  18. You know this will be more fun though Nixy......

    MOT

Mine is due an MOT now but I'm currently banging my head against a wall! Hopefully a very kind member on here will save me!
  20. I have the plenum and no probs. Well the only pain in the ass is some aftermarket srutbraces etc don't clear it. That is the main reason I've heard for removing them. That or they want the bling bling polished one.
  21. Spacesavers look awesome! Hope it's repairable Stan.
  22. My parents didn't know. I went round on the bike with all the gear on and my my mum was like 'oh well...' She always said I could do it when I didn't live with her. I waited 3 years after moving out to do it! Clothing - Hein Geriche is good. I'm wearing Hein leathers as I didn't want to spend a fortune on them in case I didn't like biking or something.... My boots and gloves are Alpinstars Helmet is AGV Ti-Tech which is a good helmet. Doesn't matter what you buy (wouldn't scrimp on helmet) but wear everything...... you know if you go down the road the hospital scrub the stones out with a SCRUBBING BRUSH! Protect yourself!
  23. In the mean time those that wish to adopt it can use there signature I guess...... That way it'll give Chesterfield an idea if it'll be well used and fun or if it'll be abused..... Nice idea though - I voted YES!
