Are they a member of Detailing World? Would be interested to see some of their work +1. I get most of my detailing advice from a very well known and respected detailer. He's generally the most expensive in the UK and he can charge that for a reason. As I say, each to their own. I don't understand your process of sealing before polishing so I'll stick to mine. It seems to work so I'll stick to it!

I live at least 2 - 3 hours drive away! I always go the long way..... the direct route is rubbish! Loads of accomodation around Fort Augustus area. I am still qguaging if anyone wants to go further north for a couple of days too.....

Ok, I have an update. My lights were in the airing cupboard for two days. I refitted them and they worked. Got my MOT certificate and drove away happy. Still think it's a power pack fault however they did dry out. If others are in the same position and can afford to take the car off the road for a couple of days then it's well worth whipping down the bumper and removing the lights. Both very simple tasks. Thanks to P15UL T who was in the process of packaging up spare bits for me when they decided to work! Great effort from Mr Dreamcustomz!
