Good. I see it's not just me....
  2. I've been paid to travel and got sick of it - Being away more then being at home wears you down! Work 12 hours a day in an office now..... for 7 days then get 7 days off! It's the best of both worlds!
  3. I have RSS feeds on my mobile of weather and saw it was rain forecast. Went to Tesco for shopping then went 'what the hell' I knew I was going to get wet but wasn't sure how wet! I gelled well with the bike though so didn't turn when I could of. Went out Deeside to Braemar then from Crathie went over the lecht road, over donside and then back to westhill via Alford. Very similar to the route we recently did on the last Aberdeen drive out. Did you get airborne over "that" bridge ?!?! Took it easy as the sharp corner straight after would be scary. The little humpy back bridge after alford is good! I pooped myself the first time I did it as it was a total surprise as you couldn't see it coming the other way! 'That' bridge could launch you 100feet in the air!
  4. I would have thought so. However if this is the one that appears on ebay from time tot time then I think it was discussed before for the money you are better off with a tom tom and cash in your pocket or an aftermarket system as the Nissan sat nav isn't the best or most user friendly.
  5. If you get down the clinic surely you can get rid of that sti before you go.....
  6. Well I have always found BP fuel 'frothier' than the others. When I worked in a garage/petrol station when I was a school boy / student there were loads of cars that were troublesome. Used to angle the nozzles differently but sometimes to no avail. That was esso fuel. I'd remove it too. I hate cars that do that!
  7. Done it many times when I was a paper boy! Delivered papers in thick snow on my GT pushbike when I was 13. Even then I knew RWD was king as I drifted about. At least falling off wasn't sore either in the snow!
  8. Lovely Paul. As I said in the other thread, I have a smaple of the material and it feels great too. Much better than horrible plastics!

  10. +1 i just dont see the point in swapping your wheels over for summer/winter. I'd rather have my car looking its best all year round You don't live by the sea in the north of Scotland.... Imagine the crap on the road here! fair point but then i would just make sure i didnt buy polished wheels I have polished wheels but I also have the luxury of a (gay)jeep for the commute. I just take the wheels off for peace of mind as I'm tight and don't like to think of my wheels getting wrecked sitting in the guaranteed bad weather we get here.
  11. This is new technology on the market. Andy sent me this as Kudos is thinking of stocking it if it's recieved favourably. What do you guys think? ebay clicky Group buy time. I'm in for sure! 1. Stew

  14. I learned today that it's better to be a cold and wet biker than be sitting in the office. Much like a bad day on the golf course beats a good day in the office. So anyway, my bike is the dirtiest it ever has been. I have hosed it off but it will be getting 'clean' in the next day or two! Cold, wet but happy!
  15. At that price it's well worth the journey. I'm sure Tim will give you a cup of tea when you get there! And probably sell you a couple of motorbikes too!
  16. Well that's another post so when you post in the for sale section there are no probs! The Team are always watching!
  17. I didn't have a dog so I used to get a hand print left on my arse by my mum! Never did me any harm at all. I've seen kids that get no discipline....
  18. If you want to sell this then maybe put a post in the for sale section. Make 1 more post before you do though to make sure you conform to the rules!
  19. Oh! Didn't know it was laquered! Oh actually if I'd paid attention to your earlier post I'd have realised! Oh well, use it on the exhaust then!
  20. Well use the polish on the polished bit only (not the painted parts) and only use it when the polished rim is looking dull. It actually contains a metal protectant but it's worth putting a couple of layers of sealant on after.
  21. Hell yeah. Footballs and garage windows.... Tennis raquets and little stones and windows.... And many more..... Nothing wrong with working for what you've done wrong even if it was an accident.
  22. Too far to travel to buy a car????? Don't get that I'm afraid. It's a forum members car so you know that he should be approachable. Plenty of folk to vouch it's a minter....
  23. Must get my eyes - swore when I first read that those b's were upside down That too!
