  1. Should add it's also worth calling CS as he can get some good reasonably priced rims to you in good fitments too.
  2. WRT the car becoming chavvy, the only hope we have is that the Zed isnt the usual hot hatch and doesnt immediately strike young scroats as a car they could have or want to have. After all they cant ferry all their mates around with their tunes blaring out in a 2 seater sports car Bit more expensive to run than a nova sri or a focus ST I would say...3.5 V6 hopefully puts them off...haven't seen any in mcdonalds (not that I go but when driving past)..apart from Mr Lizards in walsgrave Oi! ill have you know i invented reverse drifting by putting trays under the front wheels and sticking it in reverse around the car park....... or i would have done if id thought of it when i still had my car, didnt realise how much id miss driving it til it had been in the garage for a month or so... anyway better than your bouncy suspension That taken in SoBe? I recognise the car (I think) and it it is the same one it's the same place I saw it! If not then there are more nutters going about than I thought!
  3. rarerims on here are a forum sponsor and will supply rota wheels with tyres for around that price. The rotas are made in nice designs (many copied from the most popular premium manufacturers) and have proper offsets and sizing. Most 'cheap' wheel manufacturers don't to be honest. Contact rarerims or look in the trader section
  4. Paint protection first mike. then the wax. Blackfire recommend 8 hours between but this is not essential. You can layer them too so no need to strip wax back before reapplying.

After all they cant ferry all their mates around with their tunes blaring out in a 2 seater sports car Im 20 and my other car is a 172 am i a chav? Maybe...... Do you hang about McDonalds in 'da whip' and play 'da tunes' while wearing bling sovereign rings? In fact do you say 'da' at all? Or use text speak? You don't on the forum so that is a point in your favour!
  6. Welcome along. If you are specifically asking about imports then take a look at the import section of the forum http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=37 That should answer all the questions that you have! If not, then ask away!
  7. 25 hours in the office for me....
  8. My car is a January 2006 model. Never thought any sealant would be necessary if gaskets are used, but have read people having some air leakage considering this option. What price range are the spacers please? Cheers. Is it a facelifted 2006 MY though? The one with 296bhp as this is the important factor in the year. If it is then the lower collector should be changed. If it isn't then it will not be necessary.
  9. It won't..... Text speak is stupid and crap in text messages and there really is no place for it here! Unfortunately all jap cars tend to become chavvy eventually. Lets hope the focus comes off the Zed. Anyway, back to M3s.....
  10. Lovely pictures. Looks like nice places you were visiting anyway.

    all new jag xj

Absolutely. I'd hate to see Jaguar dissapear so lets hope the cars keep selling and the brand strengthens. That goes for all british marques to be honest.

    all new jag xj

People like my Dad that would go in and order and pay for a new XJ with a great spec every 2 - 3 years..... Ok, he kept his last one 5 years but he was going to order new ones a couple of times. Ok, this may not be where the brand wants to go but can Jag stay ahead of the game long enough to keep people buying new ones for many years to come? Chesterfield is 30 and a successful chap but can the brand stay fresh enough to keep him buying new Jags without being swayed by new offerings from every other luxury car brand going?

    all new jag xj

My dad had an XJ8 for 5 years. It's by far the longest he's ever had a car and still regrets selling it in 2005! I'd have an XK but I'd look like I was driving my old mans car! I think the XF is a stunning car aswell as the new XK and the brand image is changing. I'm not sure if the new XJ will alienate the old faithfuls that kept the company going for years.
  14. The CSL is something else but it's still fetching 30k. A mate of mine has had two and they are amazing. A few mates (a couple young offshore workers with beanie hats) have M3s and I must say they are very normal here. Very good but not a patch on the CSL. They are very practical though but then they are based on a rep mobile so should have a big boot to squeeze in the carpet samples.....

I'm 26. Any older than me is old! Oh and Novas are ace. I've had two and I'd easy have another if my girlfriend didn't despise them! I think I'd favour a highly tuned 1.6 though as I always felt the 2.0 were a little heavy.... Bring on the photos!
  16. Or a carbon wrapped car......
  17. A full respray and green TE37s!
  18. I have a 'view unread posts' thing on my Mozilla toolbar. No idea how it got there. I think you drag it though. It appeared a couple of weeks ago and it pretty handy!
  19. Nice looking example. So what mods are planned then?
  20. Well down enough so I can afford to run my toys but high enough that there is still drilling / project / completion work about and it's still worth producing the fluid. If there is no production then Production Engineers are not really required..... It's weighing affordable petrol (it'll never be cheap because of our government) against keeping my job!
  21. I have worked on drill floors in quite a few countries and I tell you, these guys don't have dramatise things. Ok, things are going swimingly here..... lost half the production from Romania for an hour this morning. Sorted that. Now I have an issue in Gabon and another one in Norway. Will all be sorted soon though. Got to keep this oil price sensible!
  22. My Civic Type-R had odd seats: RECARO FURIOUS (Driver side) RECARO SPEED (Passenger side) 3FIDDYZ has seen the SPEED SEAT in my office!! That is super JDM!
