  8. I remember working at Wytch Farm near Poole in Dorset and the guys going on about Still Game. They were all obsessed as a Scottish guy had left a box set of the series for them! Don't know if it was ever shown in England though?

    Quick once over

Nothing wrong with your theme. Looks great to me Dan.
  11. Some of the Gloss It stuff it excellent too. It was there QD that I sprayed on everyone in Perth! Smells really good!
  12. As Trev asked, how is it now? Feel normal? To be honest with all the torque on offer with the Zed you can short change first to second and still make swift progress. Save the high rev stuff for further up the gears! No need to rag it to make it move bud. Getting into a torquey V6 is a change for a lot of people and it can take a while to adapt to a suitable driving style. Take it easy for a few days and you'll see how the car reacts and can sort out the best way to drive it from there Ragging it in first can be expensive...... you seen the price of tyres?
  13. It's nice to see the education in this country is so good. Ahhhhhh, the chavs have to turn up to learn though.....
  14. I'm in the office. I'll watch top gear when I get home in the morning.
  15. If the red is 'Rosso' like AK350z then you would not be dissapointed. White does look good on the 370.
  16. 10 years I thought??? Ok, top tip here, when cleaning the car (any car!) always run round the arches ledge with something to clean it up or it will cause corrosion.
  17. get it posted! I'm very embarressed to say that Robin Galloway was my hero when I was a wee loon.
  18. Well folks, I'm not sure how the others will judge it but for me I'll be looking at the effort put in more than the end result. As I say, that's me personally. Again, everyone has a fair chance of winning so don't hold off as you don't have a 200 quid wax or rotary polisher. Just carry out a detail with what you have and get the write up posted up. Have a look at the top tips posted and you might pick some up along the way. This is more about learning and sharing within the club than winning the competition. Oh and the products used are only one part of getting a good finish! The techniques and effort are the other parts so get stuck in!

    My new ride.

We definately need 'my other cars a 350Z' stickers made!
  20. Green ones to match Takata harnesses!
  21. Emmmmmm no. The registartion mark worth 400 quid is a paper asset. The plates on the car are worth about a tenner from the local motor factor! The reg mark used in insurance is to add it to the database and ensure the correct car is insured only. The only time you might get an administration charge is if you change the plate and the insurance company is trying to make a quid off it!
