    Bug build

I have been watching this thread for a few months after being sent the link. It's a fantastic build and the guy putting it together seems like he's doing a good job. Well worth a read http://www.ikcc.ie/forum/viewtopic.php? ... sc&start=0
  5. I'm not sure on the fusing issue. I have had intermitant issues with my headlights in the past. The last time I had an issue I removed the light and put it in my airing cupboard beside my hot water tank and it dried out brilliantly and hasn't been an issue since.
  6. I think I've been in one of them. It had a few bench seats and a huge internal fuel tank. I was on the floor leaning against the fuel tank while all the ruskies were smoking..... It was while working in Russia and a lot of ex military vehicles were used in the oilfields there.
  7. She is foreign (as a lot of people in my company are) so that explains that bit. The lump of chocolate and humane trap was in my sensible reply. It did follow 'then you'll have to borrow a dog for a weekend' though.
  8. I was gobsmacked. Brilliant request though.
  9. Just got this on a bulletin bored at work. It goes to 1000 people.....
  10. Sweet! My mate owns a plant hire company and has some cool toys! No we need another thread with the railway!

    My Red Zed

Glad there is someone else that agrees with me, I love the Nismo kit with the OEM spoiler. Love red Zeds, my fav colour, Leemiks red zed is damn sexy too I think my next Zed might well be red I agree so much that my car has only the lip spoiler too. Although I didn't put on the Nismo spoiler long before you!
  12. Just had a beauty in my office. My colleague arguing with a guy in the states about commissioning something, My colleague says 'that step wasn't in the procedure you sent me, you'll have to change that' Other guy says 'well it came out the manual', 'well the manual must be wrong then' Other guys parting shot to my colleague 'Emmmm, you wrote the manual' My on the floor with sore sides which has happened more than once today.
  13. GT4s in general didn't have many extrasover the GT pack. Different wheels, a couple of plaques, different side Z badges and the rev up engine.
  14. Irfan. If you search for posts by G18FAN you'll see it.
  15. Awww poor Stew! How about you make it yourself Pfffft, this is my third day on and he hasn't bought me a subway yet either. I'll be complaining soon!

    Mirrors...

Alex will tell you as he has owned both coupe and roadster. I'm guessing the mirror itself will be identical but the baseplate might be slightly different. If you require the base plate then this is what you need to find out!
  17. When my boss makes the coffee for me and it's too hot! Ouch burnt my tongue again!
  18. My mate owns a company that does powdercoating among other things. He has done THOUSANDS of wheels with no issues I'm aware of. This includes on race cars etc.
  19. No jealousy here mate. I've done the 350 thing twice and looked at the 370, TT and Z4 in the summer with a view to leasing. I never got round to driving the 370 and can only go on what I have read in the likes of EVO etc. but I can certainly confirm that the Nissan is still way behind the Germans in terms of style and perceived quality of materials on the inside. Styling will always be subjective. My current car costs twice the price of a 370Z (not bragging but the issue of jealousy has been raised) and I haven't owned a 350Z for 12 months now so I think I am suitably impartial and not looking all green-eyed at those "lucky" 370Z owners. Good input Kev946!
