sorry I thought JDMs were registered according to the year they arrived in the country? Maybe I'm wrong? Year of manufacture dictates the registration mark. Year of import dictates the tax payable.

Well I'm sure you can tell it's an MY03 car (UK equivilent) and as the BHP between UK cars and imports didn't vary I'm sure you can work it out.

I must say though, the Hot Marques days are pretty decent. Some nice cars and a well run event. Haven't been to a speed sunday for years - when they were a free for all ned fest.... I've heard they've improved a lot though.

I'll chuck in 2p. I think the OP is dealing with this the correct way. The punto driver is obviously in the wrong and shows no respect for the property of others. The police is the only way to go. If a return attack is carried out then where will it end? A stabbing? Remember that violence breeds violence! I do hope that most of the people that have said they'd attack the offender or his property have said it with a pinch of salt though.

I got a 'dressing' sponge (with a hard shell) from chemical guys. I'm a tart though so will probably pick up a gloss it one next time I'm in at PB.

If you've lost the shine then you have to polish the paint. Even polishing by hand will get great results. If it were me I'd - Wash (two bucket method) Clay Wash Dry (drying towel not chamois) Polish Dust down Sealant (optional) Wax That'd get the shine back!

I was in a garden/machinery shop yesterday and saw the same pressure washer as I use in orange wearing a stihl badge...... and a 599.99 price tag! Not sure if it was just the casing that was the same or if it shared internals though.
