  1. A local paper here is running a crusade on potholes just now. It's kind of fuelled by this. http://www.eveningexpress.co.uk/Article.aspx/1630839 They have been reporting on the worst roads and some of the pics were SHOCKING! One road which is 100 yards long has had 119 seperate potholes reported! My street is still covered in snow, it's never fully cleared from the 17th December so we've had it bad this year. The roads are getting dangerous.
  2. ***The 350Z-UK club will supply the first 20 cars entry FREE if on the stand*** This is going to be THE show to attend this year north of the border. http://www.350z-uk.com want to have a stand there and we'd like it to be big! From modified live website - http://www.modifiedlive.co.uk/page.php?a=5&s=76&p=76 So with rounds of Time Attack and Drifting to watch I think it'll be a brilliant show, remember you don't need a show car to be on a stand! Attending 1. Stew 2. 3. 4. 5.
  3. I looked through all 30 pages too and there was NOTHING original there. All black and some black with time attack style red rim. I was expecting to have my mind blown by that thread and it didn't happen.
  4. I'd personally use the SRP on it. If it doesn't take it out after a few applications then come back and we can have another think!
  5. Coilovers and single figure offset wheels and probably arch work. Not sure how popular air ride is really but it'd be another option so you could at least get about in the UK.
  6. Don't be tempted to try anything too aggressive. Better to use a product with not enough abrasion 3 times than ruin your paint by using something with too much abrasion once. You mentioned autoglym? I assume, Super Resin Polish. This has fillers in it so when you polish it'll fill too. It's probably a good product to try out on this type of mark.
  7. ?????? I fail to see how that'd make a difference to the finish. I use the werkstat stuff on my Girlfriends white car. It's solid white but comes up really well.
  8. I think I need open air motoring in my life! Bring on the good weather and I'll maybe steal Dads SL again!
  9. I think the Nismo filter kit is still available for the 313s. Team that up with a Nismo exhaust and the dealers would find it hard to argue..... Lets face in NISsan MOtorsport products shouldn't affect the warranty!
  10. I use an AGV Ti-Tech as that's what I have for my motorbike. Very light and comfortable.
  11. I want 'ambient' lighting! My Dads S Class has it and it's lovely! To give an idea
  12. Merged the topics to keep all you download festival goers together!
  13. The guides on DW are great. I still have the 'garage guides' in my arsenal to show people that ask what I'm up to. I have them laminated in one (of my many) boxes of products. DW guides forum clicky Great info on wash technique - http://www.detailingworld.co.uk/forum/s ... php?t=4637 Remember you can ask any question here too. There are a number of keen amateur and pro detailers that'd be happy to answer questions!
  14. My (non professional) view on this stuff is that it's no better than anything else on the market. You can buy a handful of products and get a nice looking well cared for car for less money. You have to do it yourself though! It depends if you are lazy or like cleaning the car.
  15. I have. You'll see this covered a few times using advanced search with my name as the author. Try the search and post any specific questions you have as I'm not sure what you're after really, lots of sizes and offsets of 20s and lots of different ride heights!
  16. For the Scottish Memebers SSPCA number is 03000 999 999 0300 numbers are also included in mobile deals as free calls so it won't caost you anything to report something to either RSPCA or SSPCA.
  17. I remember taking great pride in telling my Mum Saga were offering her insurance on her car about 2 days after she turned 50. My Dad is a few months younger than her so also jumped on the band wagon!
  18. I have a small tank but I'm well aware of the costs involved.... It's scary!
  19. I'm in Nathan. I can send sizes for my 5 letter plate and fitting for my aerosync bumper. I'm guessing the Nismo V1 would be the same pretty much!
  20. Stew

    tyre size query

    That's what I'd go for!
  21. Can't remember seeing any Ruski versions in my time there Stan. New one on me, looks pretty cool though!
  22. The saga continues! It's as gripping as Chesterfields Jag exploits!
  23. I don't think age, sex or race has anything to do with this and should be left at the door as you enter the forum (in my opinion) Lets not make that debate get away from the problem the OP is having.
