I'm pretty sure it'll be bcause Ross uses a shared computer offshore. Believe me, the last thing you want is to hav auto log in on ANYTHING! I have heard (and seen) some horrific jokes played as someone has left email addresses in view or a computer logged in to some account or another.

One thing we've all discovered here is that it's very much location, location, location. If you live in the ghetto you pay muchos bucks for insurance. If you live in pleasantville it's pretty cheap!

Hell no! Well unless you used 20 - 30mm spacers. They aren't good offsets and I doubt they'd clear the brakes - although I'm not sure about that.

My team was cut last year. The 4 of us were put on the chopping block. I do a job that 4 people in the world do.... I work for a large multi national and our competitors are about 5 years behind us in my particular line of work - in fact we're so far they haven't even created the job role yet! Nobody is indispensable. Oh, and if the company think you are indispensable then you'll never get promotion either! Everything happens for a reason, if you stay - good on you. If you don't then it's just one of these things..... I'd keep an eye out for available posts just in case.
