  1. Just to clear up, I've read quite a number of comments about dibs. Dibs does NOT exist here. It is not mentioned in the rules. The off topic section not increasing the post count, also rubbish. The green room doesn't. Here are the rules: * A photograph with your user name and the item(s) must be posted at the time of placing the advert * An asking price (and postage costs if applicable) should be included in the first post * Once an offer has been accepted the seller should update the post * All transactions should be completed swiftly and any delays should be agreed prior to completing * The seller has the right to withdraw or refuse sale before the transaction is complete Failure to adhere to these rules will result in the for sale advert being removed. Above all, we expect any sales to be carried out in the manner that you would wish to be dealt with. Please bear this in mind during any transactions. As far as I'm concerned, no pics, no name, no ad! We've tried to be patient in easing people into these rules but I think enough is enough. Oh and while we're at it it's 50 posts for a Zed for sale. And relax. Our rules rely on the maturity and moral decency of members both buying and selling. Just another thing to note, if you see people breaking the rules PLEASE report it, after all that stuff with this particular member only one of his posts had been reported - Thank you Husky, it's appreciated! Leaving arsey comments on all his threads isn't constructive and doesn't help the mods sort this out. Instead of moaning when it goes wrong PLEASE report the posts as soon as you see them and the mods will remove them as soon as possible. Thanks folks, your help is appreciated.
  2. Depends how nuts I'm going. I'll be doing a full on rotary and DA machine polish very soon..... For Azure blackfire products are very easy to use and look great. I'm getting into Dodo Juice now too using the Supernatural V2 Wax and the lime prime / lime Prime Lite cleansers. Claying a car makes a huge difference and is very easy. This video might help. I recomend doing that at the beginning of the year (like now!) A good basic wash method should be used. Wash mitts and two bucket method are a must. I'm happy to explain and describe the two bucket method for anyone.
  3. What a superb pressie. Looks spot on.
  4. Automotive degreaser would probably remove it too.
  5. When I was in Nigeria building airports ......... Iceland Air came in to handle the Hadj travellers (trip to Mecca for Ramadan) . One story that amused me was about a guy who was all set to use his camping gas stove to boil water for a cup of chai ...........ON THE FRIGGIN PLANE (True story) No problem with that as long as it wasn't in daylight hours or it would have been
  6. Does this mean that even using a solution of Meguiars NXT Shampoo that is too concentrated will start to strip my wax layer off the car? I normally put a big bollop of the stuff in my ucket without measuing it Chris Indeed it can. Megs Gold class shampoo will strip wax right off if too much is used. In fact that's all I use it for!
  7. And how do you know? It isn't really the type of car you buy with your head though is it? I'm sure many a super car owner has bought a really flawed car that makes their back ache etc due to to lust and draw jopping good looks!
  8. I try to avoid them but if I can't avoid them I go for it. Slowly and squint! No real issues. You just have to be careful really.
  9. of the Nova! You can start a topic in other cars. I'm sure I won't the only person on the site with a soft spot for Novas!
  10. I have a similar setup, very little ground clearance, you can just about get the toe of your trainer under the front bumper! No issues with arches rubbing. I do plan my routes to avoid speed bumps if possible though.
  11. Ooooooh, bit of comparison testing going on with the Mac and the 458....
  12. Washing up liquid will do it. Any concentrated shampoo with a pile of shampoo in it will work too.
  13. It sounds like there weren't many more than me that noticed your plenum and got all excited! Looking good my man!
  14. of the build Looking forward to this one......
  15. I think ZMANALEX can get cool wheel nuts too!
  16. Looks like Diablo red to me! My gaylander is a similar colour and I actually really like it.

  21. Stew

    Just got to have

Import them. If you want them buy from someone reputable in the states and import them.
  22. I want to the LED dash like in Dads S Class. I notice Jag copied that too Husky!
  23. Until you are a Z Legend you are NOTHING!
  24. The VQ will easily (*cough*) go to 600bhp. You can get a fairly reliable 500bhp out of it with a forged rebuild, tin turbos and £20k+ The LS2 goes in it as does the RB26 and J2Z but at a cost.
