  1. See my reply above then. this is the path to bleeding ears!
  2. That's brilliant! Such a nice thing to do. I'm sure they were clearing out their shed but better passing it to you than putting it in the skip.
  3. to the club! Your Quartz looks lovely. Great finish to it - what products / methods did you use in the detail? Nice article from L4P too. We had a little discussion on this paint tonight on the forum so it's interesting to see that thread. Where about in the country are you from? Check out the local meets to see if anything is coming up that'd take your fancy - great excuse to show off the car!
  4. By adding power to the sound do you mean making it louder? If it's purely noise then remove a box and/or fit test pipes (if you haven't already)
  5. Get a tank of super unleaded through it. That'll perk it up if it's been sitting.
  6. You tube is your friend. Loads of examples of exhausts on there. My350z might be good too. The Greddy TT kit doesn't fit RHD cars so nobody here will have personal experience of living with it.

I want to see an 8C spider in the flesh now!

The rear wheel was kerbed too! Beauty is a personal thing but honestly I was intoxicated just staring at it for 20 mins. Just stunning from every single angle.

I always thought this was a stunning car. Walking along the Piers in San Francisco I spotted one. Took just 3 pics of it (which don't do it justice!) and I have to say it is probably the most beautiful looking car I've ever seen in the flesh. I have seen most supercars in the flesh and this outdoes them all. It has been raised to Muira / 356 Speedster levels for me which is the ultimate accolade!
  10. Well this 'self healing' stuff is on the GTR I believe and the amount of full details done by rotary on DW would indicate that it's ok to do so. I guess you'd just have to watch heat levels a lot more though. Does the laquer not need to be heated to activate the 'self healing' or something though?
  11. I burst into song when I read your username!
  12. Great news! Just remember folks that the merchandise is great quality. I still think the fleece is the best I've owned for versatility.
  13. Knockhill at the weekend then to meet your fellow club members!

a stereo installer would prob charge 50 quid or something. You just need to make sure you have the correct bits then it's a case of clipping thiings together.
  15. I believe it might be more apparent on FI cars. I've never had an issue with mine.

    Kick Plate LED's

Hope it's fused if it's off the dome light!
  17. That's eco motoring fun! I think this is the future for saving the planet. Light cars with small engines that have a DTE permanently displayed.
  18. I have had one on for 3 years anyway.... It negates the need for a spacer however there have been issues with them cracking in the states.
  19. When the tank is low I play the game with the DTE. See if you can get where you're going with more miles on the DTE than when you left. Maybe just me though!
  20. This news is hugely sad. Ian has contributed a lot since joining this club so to lose him like like this is hugely upsetting. I'd like to pass on my condolences to those he has left behind. My thoughts are also with the family and friends of the passenger too. Take care out there folks. The roads are a very dangerous place.
  21. I'm sure Sarnie had 60 miles out of ---- I put in 20 quid the other day (wanted to pay cash until I find out how much I spent on hols... after getting in the car on --- and doing 20 odd miles and quite a bit of city traffic. My £20 never even touched the quarter!
  22. I'd personally say get a box and some wrapping paper and you'd get it sold very easily. Saying that, you'd think one of the Scottish Zeds would get this on!
  23. I agree on getting rid of the carbon bonnet. Not a fan. The rest looks good though!
