  1. I wish my Nissan would offer me a 370 test drive. They look awesome. Just ask for one from the local dealers. Aberdeen usually have them. I got a test no problem and I must admit I was VERY impressed with it.
  2. Just picking your colour I bet!
  3. So Immy, are you buying one?????
  4. I would have an 07 HR. I personally wouldn't change to a rev up though as it's not enough of a change.
  5. The 07 model didn't exist when I bought my Zed in 2006. This is what drove me to buy an older model! I'd imagine it's budget for most. Something we all have to live with!
  6. MAybe a silly question Jim but is it the Zeds bose ampliefier or your house stereo? Lee :pmr35lee: is a bit of a whizz with the electronics in Zeds.
  7. http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/pdp-media ... 2-pdt.html Not the best one going but for 97p delivered it's got to be worth a shout!!!!!
  8. I've added the other parts so you can see the complete lesson here!
  9. Did you check the regulations? They vary on pre and post 2001 marks. Obviously I don't care if it's legal or not but it's always better to be prepared incase you meet hitler cop. Ignorance isn't bliss in this situation.
  10. Just to be clear here, Supagaurd is like a long life wax. It will not prevent swirling. The majority of swirling is caused by a bad wash technique. Supagaurd is something people buy so they don't have to polish or wax the car. Just a shame it's crap!
  11. Glad you were coaxed into posting! Put up an intro post in the into section and show us some pics of the yellow beastie! How many have graphics / how many don't?
  12. Might help if you let people know which year of car it's for as there are two types of light.
  13. I especially like the wire holding the bumper on!
  14. 1 x bucket with warm to hot water 1 x bucket with (correctly diluted) car shampoo in warm to hot water 1 x wash mitt 1 x drying towel 1 x reasonable wax As BM said, that's pretty much the minimum. I'd also add 1 x clay bar and lube 1 x poorboys black hole glaze Getting the paint clean is a good idea before applying wax. I added in a very specific product too. The poorboys black hole glaze is reasonably priced and makes a huge difference on dark cars. It fills swirl marks etc leaving a lovely surface to apply wax onto. There are loads of good posts in the detailing section of the forum.
  15. Some of the dealers are idiots! My dad was going to buy a 'matching plate' to the one he has for his toy. It was advertised at £1800 I think and Dad offered £1500 then £1700..... 3 years later the same site has it advertised for £4000 or £4500. Surely selling it would have made more sense.
  16. The Kuga is a very nice car actually! I'd make sure it's 4wd though as a lot aren't.
  17. Also make sure it stays legal when you cut it. Have a search on my numberplate saga, the regulations were posted multiple times.
  18. Awesome! I have a supagaurd sticker on my swirltastic Navara. I very much doubt there is any protection on it at all now!
  19. I actually hate it but I'm not paying.... A Mini Countryman? 25k is a VERY healthy budget so the world is your oyster really. What size car, what toys? What does your wife like / dislike?
  20. Have a look in the classifieds. Post up a few cars to see if people have experience. Go to a dealer with all the stuff you need to carry and ask to try it out.
  21. In my opinion it's cheap at 12800! Very cheap! 10800 is taking the mick.
  22. The consumer likes the ability to customise and personalise stuff. This has always been the case. Remember the Nokia 5110? It had a changable cover and snake! It probably set the ball rolling all those years ago into making a phone an accessory and lifestyle product rather than just a phone. The apps can offer new features that make the device easier to use or add new features. The customisable features that'd be nice too for a lot of things. Now, I think the idea of an app store for a toaster is a little silly but having an app store for your cars entertainment system, TV etc is great.
  23. AB51 is the start of my work postcode! There are quite a lot of AB51 cars running about here!
