  1. Here is a true sleeper..... This was owned by a guy I knew very well at the time way back in 2002 (not the one selling, I just found that link) and Dave P was the one timed under 5 second to 60 and a 13.2 1/4 mile. http://www.migweb.co.uk/forums/cars-sal ... 4-9-a.html edit - http://www.106rallyeforum.com/forum2008 ... hp?t=67694 Just found the vid that Dave put up! Check out the links to his wee 106 in his sig too. He can drive..... Now THAT is a sleeper Corsa. To this day I think that was one of the outright fastest feeling cars I've EVER been in. I was going to buy it too but was in south of France with work for a couple of months when he ended up selling it to Adam Kindness (those familiar with Time Attack may have heard of his wife Fiona) as he made a good offer. I'd be surprised if the blue one pictured didn't have a 2.0 in it.
  2. They do! We can be bike buddies! What you fancy getting?
  3. Does your oil cooler not get flow? I'd look at moving it rather than cutting bumpers up!
  4. It's for the timing gear. It breaks a beam.
  5. they didn't have a grading high enough for those areas; i hear those scots would take candy from a baby and sell your grandmother, all for just a buckfast. Thats just the select weegies and the scheemies (as they call them in Edinburgh.) Up North where I am we are too busy chasing sheep to molest to worry about Buckfast! Just don't ask us for anything, we'll never give you it!
  6. Great looking Fazer! That'll be a good first bike. I love my naked bike so much more than I ever liked my sports bike! Just way more fun!
  7. They are so discriminative that they've just missed off Scotland and Northern Ireland completely!
  8. Exactly. Or I WILL abuse my Mod powers and issue you a Ian and I are waiting patiently live the pervs we are!
  9. Is that the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders dressing rooms?
  10. Yep, burned through. Ouch.
  11. Looks very 'rangers' to me..... Cavalier Turbo wheels I'm sure.
  12. I got crisped driving to Miami in a convertible. I wouldn't bother again..... I did the PCH from San Francisco to San Diego (then onto Vegas) in September and it's a fantastic drive in any car. Whicheverone you go for will not be a disappointment. I'd let my heart rule 100% as you're not buying it. If your head came into it you'd be in a Toyota Camry. Look at picks of them, watch youtube vids.... which gives you a semi is the winner!
  13. May had a Cadillac CTS-V.
  14. They were clean ones! I was just there commissioning wells so to be honest they were way too dirty for what I was doing there!
  15. Spacers look great on the stock wheels too. Same stance will be achieved.
  16. Is the Evo Turbocharged and Supercharged still? Was fast as hell for the last 3 years but he keeps adding to it. The bad thing is that he has all but killed the class he's in racing in the Scottish Championship as nothing else can get near his car. So many just don't bother entering! It's a shame!
  17. I'm hoping to hire a challenger or a Camaro when I'm over for my wedding. I won't have a mustang. Too boring. I'll check out Hertz though!
  18. Moved for you. I love hill climbing. Great to watch. Looks like you get much nicer metal taking part than we get up here. Although I think the Evo pictured in from Aberdeen.
  19. My dad had Ivory leather in a jag XJ and then cream leather in a range rover. He wears jeans quite often....... I got the job of cleaning the leather in those cars!
  20. Choppers are horrible. Cramped, smelly, hot, noisy and damned uncomfortable. Especially with three layers a survival suit and an airpocket on! At least you don't use a personnel carrier for boat to rig transfer..... They are hairy!
  21. Your laptop is colour blind then!
  22. At least an S92 is a bit more comfortable than a Puma!
  23. I know a number of people working off Brazil. Turned down a job there myself last year. Don't know anyone with a Zed that works there. There are a LOT of rigs down that way though.
  24. Warm in Aberdeen? Warm or cold in my office. The climate control is rather good!
